FAQ
PRODUCT RETURNS
You have the right to exchange or return your purchase should you not be satisfied with your goods.
- You must cover the cost of the return postage
- Replacement items for exchanges will be posted out to you if stock levels allow, otherwise a refund will be given.
- Exchanges or refunds will only be given if the goods returned have not been worn, washed or damaged (unless arrived damaged and can be proven) and still on original packaging.
- Only once products have been returned and assessed will a refund or exchange be given.
- CDFWEAR is not responsible for for return packages that do not reach us.
- You must notify CDFWEAR within 14 days of receiving products by emailing cdfwearaus@gmail.com
- Your order will be fully refunded within 14 days of us receiving the retuned products and exchanges will be sent out within 48 hours of them being received. If we are not able to satisfy a valid exchange due to stock levels, a refund or credit (gift card) will be issued.
FAULTY GOODS
- If your goods are delivered in a faulty condition please contact cdfwearaus@gmail.com whitin 14 days with a full explanation and pictures of the fault.
- You have to contact CDFWEAR within 14 days of you receiving your goods, After the 14 days you are no longer entitled to a refund.
- You will not be entitled to a refund or exchange if you have not followed our care instructions or washing instructions, although we may be able to help fix the issue.
- If there is a fault with your products that does develop after the 14 days, still reach out to us and we can see if we can help with the issue especially if it is a fault out of your control.

CHRISTMAS GIFTS
- We will make exceptions for exchanges or refunds outside of the 14 days if products have been purchased as a Christmas gifts, please ensure you notify us by the 7th of January.
